Marc Newson x Chaos
A collection inspired by Marc Newson's recent exhibition of limited edition furniture presented by the Gagosian Gallery. We have together created 5 iPhone cases across our Leather and Chaotic styles that can be worn or customised or plain.The collection takes inspiration from the desks, chairs and lounges in Marcs most recent collection created using Chinese cloisonné, an enamelling technique that dates back to the 13th century. Their patterns and motifs reveal Newson’s wide-ranging ascetic influences: from his signature ‘orgone’ pattern to more traditional Chinese floral motifs, such as large magnolias on a white ground, or cherry blossom branches branches set against black.For me, design is a great opportunity to improve what is already out there, to simplify, to beautify, to technologically improve.- Marc NewsonThis blue leather Classic Chaos case is decorated with Blue Dots print and can be worn plain or customised.Details:
