When can I expect my order?

At Chaos we offer worldwide delivery within 3-5 working days via express global shipping.

Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to FedEx delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Chaos is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Do you offer a Click & Collect?

If no one will be home at the time of delivery - you can request that your parcel be directed to a local FedEx Access Point. FedEx will leave a card for you detailing your FedEx Access Point location.

These details are also listed on the FedEx website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email.

Please ensure that you bring ID when collecting your package.

Can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, we'll send your tracking details via email. If you don't recieve this, please email info@chaos.club

Are customs fees included?

All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested by customs or by your courier, then please contact our customer service team for advice.

Is my Order Insured?

Chaos insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, FedEx will retain the parcel parcel and delivery will be re attempted the following day (excluding weekends).

If you make alternative arrangements with FedEx, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured, and Chaos no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.

When will my pre-order be delivered?

The shipping date of the product pre-order product will feature in the product description. If you have other items in your order, these will be held to allow all items to be shipped together.

NOTE: CHAOS 69 & CLOTHING SHIPMENTS

Chaos SixtyNine and Chaos clothing will be shipped from the UK warehouse via APC Overnight and will be delivered to UK addresses within 1 - 3 business days from dispatch. All international orders will be shipped via Secure Mail and will be delivered within 4-6 business days.

If you have other Chaos items in your order, please note that this item will be shipped separately.

You will receive two different emails containing tracking info, one for your Chaos 69 Poster Book & clothing shipments, and one for any other items in your order.

Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?

If you want to send something to someone as a gift, then you can use their address as the delivery address for your order.

Our orders are beautifully packaged with gift boxes and tissue paper, a perfect gift. Also, we do not include prices in the package. You might want to give the lucky person a warning, so they know to expect a parcel!

Can I amend my order?

You can amend your order within 5 hours of placing it. Just email our customer service team at info@chaos.club and we'll do our best to amend the order. This also applies for pre-order products.

Can I cancel my order?

If you contact the customer service team within 5 hours of placing your order it may be possible to cancel your order. This also applies for pre-order products. Please email us at info@chaos.club and we'll do our best to help.

How do I return or exchange my order?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.

We are not able to provide an exchange or refund on any of our products that have been personalised or on any sale or markdown products.

If you would like to exchange an item/s (not including items that have been personalised) please email info@chaos.club with your order number, the item you would like to exchange and the item you would like to replace it with. Once we have received your request, we will email you with all the information needed to complete your exchange or return.

Please note that all extra postage costs incurred exchanging or returning an item are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately. If you are returning a product for a refund your initial shipping fee cannot be refunded.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Any return that does not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We strongly recommend when returning items back to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Exchanges received outside 14 days will not be accepted. For all exchanges, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes that are incurred in the return of a product cannot be refunded.

What if my item is faulty?

At Chaos we take every effort to check your purchase throughly for any faults before sending them out to you. The return of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you

All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any item subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to report, please make your request clear when contacting info@chaos.club about the fault.

Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Upon the return being received, we will issue your refund as well as the postage of returning the items.

We strongly recommend when returning items you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Refunds or replacements will be solely at the discretion of Chaos Club.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please email info@chaos.club with your order number, the item you received and what you originally ordered. Once we have received your request, we will provide you information on how to place a return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Do you have size guides?

Yes, we do! The dimensions of our products are within the product descriptions. If you have any more questions, feel free to get in touch at info@chaos.club.

Will you be getting more stock?

We try to restock our products as often as possible, but if the item you want is out of stock, sign up for back in stock notifications on the product page to be the first to know when it is back in stock.

Are Chaos Phone cases protective?

Our phone case and tech accessories are durable and functional without losing originality. Our leather cases are made from cow grain leather with a high-performance finish to ensure durability.

Which phone models do you make cases for?

We make cases for all the iPhones starting from iPhone 7. We currently do not make phone cases for Android phones. Shop all iPhone cases here.

Do Chaos cases work with wireless charging?

Our iPhone cases are compatible with flat wireless chargers including Apple MagSafe chargers (this does not include mounted chargers).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards or debit cards. We also accept payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

How do I purchase a gift voucher?

If you're looking to buy someone special a Chaos gift (lucky them!) but you're not sure exactly what they might want, play it safe and let them decide! Choose from either a £100, £200, £300 or £400 E-Gift Card that can then be redeemed online for any product available on the Chaos Club website.

What currencies can I use to place an order?

When shopping on the Chaos website simply click currencies in the navigation and footer.
