Delivery Times

Up to 6 business days for regular product.

Up to 8 business days for customised product.

Dispatch & Shipping

Chaos aims to ship all orders within 24 hours (business days) of the order being placed and between 48 - 72 hours (business days) for orders that include a customisable product. Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales or if orders are subjected to postal delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Chaos is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

All orders are shipped via UPS from our Chinese distribution centre and will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days from dispatch.

We can ship to the United States of America, Canada, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. 

UPS operates between 9am—5pm Monday - Friday. We are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses.

Customs Fees

All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter.


We accept payment in Great British Pounds, Euros and U.S. Dollars. This means the price you see is the price you will be charged. Nothing else.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at and we'll update you on your order's progress.


Chaos insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel can not be delivered, UPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and Chaos no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
